Minimum 2-3 times a week to get great results

15 minute maximum can still join the class
In a private session your instructor can observe your strengths and weaknesses, assess any injuries or limitations, and focus on your specific goals.
Pilates strengthens the body and improves balance, flexibility and posture. Like yoga, it uses breathing exercises, which can help you relax. It is a good exercise to do during pregnancy because it does not put too much strain on your joints.
