All You Need to Know About Shalia Pilates

  • Minimum 2-3 times a week to get great results 

  • Fitted tops, Conforming stretch Leggings, or bottoms, you also can wear low-impact sports bras for women.
     
    Grip socks and gloves is a must ! Also always tie your hair or used a sports bandana for shorts hair.

  • 50-55 minutes

  • You can enter and take parking tickets to Ruko crystal 8 area. (We don't provide free parking) 

  • Cancellation max 4 hours before your session starts. If no show we will still deduct your session.

  • Reformer 6 spot, Ladder Barrel 5 spot, Tower 5 spot

  • 15 minute maximum can still join the class 

  • In a private session your instructor can observe your strengths and weaknesses, assess any injuries or limitations, and focus on your specific goals. 

  • Pilates strengthens the body and improves balance, flexibility and posture. Like yoga, it uses breathing exercises, which can help you relax. It is a good exercise to do during pregnancy because it does not put too much strain on your joints.
